Service Description
Discovery calls allow parents/guardians to express their concerns to the consultant. Discovery calls offer a complimentary 15 minute call to gather relevant information to understand concerns.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments must be booked in advance via our booking system or by direct agreement. Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Missed appointments may result in a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the session cost. Fees are due at the time of service unless otherwise stated.
