Welcome to Early Achievers! By accessing our website, booking a session, or using our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

 

1. Service Overview
Early Achievers provides developmental consulting, parent coaching, milestone education, and custom strategy development for families and caregivers. Services may be delivered in person or virtually. Early Achievers does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or therapy of any kind.

2. Eligibility
By using our services, you affirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to consent to services on behalf of the child involved.

3. Consulting Disclaimer
Early Achievers provides consulting services that are educational and supportive in nature. We do not diagnose or treat developmental, medical, or mental health conditions. Our services are not a substitute for licensed medical, psychological, or therapeutic care. Clients are encouraged to consult their pediatrician or health professional regarding medical concerns.

4. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including downloadable materials, session tools, visual aids, routines, and resource guides, are the intellectual property of Early Achievers. You may not copy, modify, distribute, resell, or reproduce any materials without written permission.

5. Session & Booking Policies

• Appointments must be booked in advance via our booking system or by direct agreement.

• Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Missed appointments may result in a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the session cost.

• Fees are due at the time of service unless otherwise stated.

6. Communication Boundaries
Early Achievers may be contacted by email for questions or follow-up. Responses may take up to 48 hours. For matters requiring in-depth support, clients should schedule a formal session.

7. Confidentiality
Client information is kept confidential except as required by law (such as suspected abuse or risk of harm) or if disclosure is requested by the client in writing. Some information may be shared anonymously for professional consultation or training purposes.

8. User Conduct
By using our website and services, you agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful or abusive purpose

• Misrepresent your identity or your right to consent for a child

• Attempt to access protected areas of the site or interfere with site functionality

Due to the nature of our consulting services, all completed sessions and downloadable materials are non-refundable. In the event of a billing error, please contact us to resolve the issue.
